Shipping policy

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. We do try our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by the carriers, customs, weather or circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed beyond 14 days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged & prepared before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Deliveries take longer to arrive during the festive season. 

Local:

Deliveries within South Africa are made by The Courier Guy.

International:

International deliveries are made through TUNL with DHL or UPS. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and fees (can be paid upfront through us - not included in the shipping fee, or upon receiving your parcel)

Lost or Damaged parcels:

We package our parcels as best we can, if your items arrive broken, please take photos and contact us within 5 days of receipt. 

Please check with neighbours/building security before reporting a parcel lost. Lost parcels will be verified with the relevant courier company. 

If courier confirms loss or no scan for more than 14 days, we’ll resend your order or issue a refund. Risk transfers to you once parcel is delivered and signed for.
