By purchasing from Twisted Forest Creations, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

 Please note that Twisted Forest Creations reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. This does not apply to reasons prohibited by South African law.

We do not sell to resellers, dealers, or distributors and we do not allow any copying, selling, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of our images, product design or branding. For this reason, we reserve the right to prohibit or limit orders that appear to be placed by any distributors, dealers, or resellers. If we decide to cancel or restrict your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued. This does not apply to approved and signed Stockists that sell Twisted Forest Creations products with our original packaging and branding. 

By purchasing from Twisted Forest Creations, you confirm that you have read and understand the description and pricing of the item/s that you are purchasing and that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring all information provided (such as email, billing, and shipping details) is accurate  and up to date.
